Standard tours cater for experienced as well as inexperienced quad bike riders.
The STANDARD TOURS are the basic tours which explores the natural beauty of the area whilst participants experience the exhiliration of quad biking. These tours cater for both experienced and inexperienced riders. The routes are selected to allow riders to enjoy the experience without having to worry too much about coping with the quad. The duration is such that it allows enough time for a full scenic experience without tiring out the riders. The tours are conducted on a wine farm near the towns of HERMANUS and KLEINMOND in the WESTERN PROVINCE of SOUTH AFRICA and which lies only twenety five minutes by road from the Arabella Western Cape Hotel and Spa and a comfortable hour and a half scenic journey from CAPE TOWN. Due to the mountainous terrain and in the interest of safety the tours are preceded by quadbike riding-and-safety training to ensure that every rider is capable and ready to tackle the trails. Anybody who would prefer to rather undertake the tour as a passenger is taken on piggy-back by the tour guides.
Tours tailored for comfort
There is a comfortable standard short tour of approximately one and a half hour duration which is ideal for first-time quad biking. For the more experienced there is a longer tour of approximately two and a half hour duration. Ample time is allowed for photography and to admire the scenery and the floral and fauna splendor. Tour fees: Standard short tour costs R350 per person and includes safety equipment and training.
Standard long tour costs R480 per person including safety equipment, training and light refreshments.
